About Regina Signature Towing, Your Regina Tow Truck Crew

Regina Signature Towing & Recovery started with one flatbed and a driver who got tired of explaining prices at the curb. Today five trucks cover Regina and the towns around it, and the dispatcher still answers the same way at 3 a.m. as at noon.

One Truck, One Rule at Regina Signature Towing

Terry Wasyliw spent his first years on the road pulling stuck farm trucks out of sloughs and ditches south of Regina, then moved to city tow trucks. After nineteen years behind a wheel, he had seen every way a tow can go wrong, and most of them started with a price nobody said out loud.

So that is the rule here. The dispatcher quotes the price on the phone, with GST, and the driver sticks to it unless the job is harder than described. If it is, he tells you before he touches anything. We think a tow should be the dullest part of your day.

Today we run 5 trucks: flatbeds, a medium duty truck and a heavy wrecker. Every driver is licensed and insured, and dispatch answers around the clock. Last winter we answered 640 calls between December and February. We are not the biggest outfit in Regina and we do not want to be. We want to be the number you call because it worked last time.

What We Promise Every Customer

  • The Price Before the Truck

You hear the number on the phone, with GST, before we leave the yard. If the job changes, you hear it again.

  • The Right Truck the First Time

Flatbed for an all-wheel-drive car, wrecker for a loaded semi. We ask the questions that tell us which.

  • A Driver Who Stays Calm

Breakdowns are stressful enough. Ours talk you through each step and do not rush the straps.

A word from the owner

Terry Wasyliw

“I would rather lose a job than surprise someone with a bill. Say the number, do the work, drop the car where they asked. That is the whole business.”

Terry Wasyliw

Owner, Regina Signature Towing & Recovery

Terry still takes night calls himself when a driver is off. He keeps a spare block heater cord and a pair of mitts in the cab for customers who forgot theirs.

Why Choose Us

A tow operator in a navy jacket talking with the driver of a silver hatchback beside a white flatbed tow truck on a Regina street

Open 24 Hours, Every Day of the Year

Regina breakdowns do not wait for office hours, so neither do we. Dispatch answers at 3 a.m. and on stat holidays, and with a January low around minus 20, the cold nights are when our phones ring most. Honestly, our dispatcher took 640 calls between December and February last winter.

Light, Medium and Heavy Duty on One Phone Line

A hatchback in a parking lot and a loaded dump truck on the Bypass are different jobs. We run 5 trucks, from flatbeds to a heavy wrecker, so you make one call and get the right size. We've seen both jobs land on the same morning.

A Price Before the Truck Leaves

We quote the hook-up and the distance on the phone, add 5% GST, and stick to it. We think a price should be said out loud. If the job turns out harder than described, the driver tells you before he changes anything.

Drivers Who Know Regina's Roads

Our crew knows which exits on the Regina Bypass ice over first, where the wind on Victoria Avenue never lets up, and how to reach a grid road past Lumsden when all you can send is a pin.

Happy Customers!

What our customers say

  • Winch out
Slid into the ditch on a grid road past Lumsden in the first snow. The driver found us off a text pin, hooked on and had the truck back on the gravel in about fifteen minutes. No lecture, just a pull and a thumbs up.
    Brenda T.Lumsden
  • Flatbed towing
My Subaru is all-wheel drive and the first company I called wanted to drag it on two wheels. These guys brought a flatbed without me asking. Price was exactly what the dispatcher said on the phone.
    Kyle D.White City
  • Accident towing
Fender bender on Victoria Avenue at rush hour. They cleared the car off the road quickly, took it to my body shop, and the driver waited with me until my ride showed up.
    Priya S.Regina
  • Medium duty towing
Our delivery van quit at 5 a.m. with a full load. A medium duty truck was there before the shop opened and we lost one morning, not the whole day.
    Marcel L.Emerald Park
  • Battery boost
Dead battery at minus 29 in a grocery store lot. The boost took ten minutes and the driver told me my battery was on its last legs, which saved me a second call.
    Janelle W.Regina
  • Junk car removal
Hauled an old Buick off our acreage that had sat since my dad passed. Free pickup, no paperwork headaches, and the driver carried the plates in for me. It was a relief.
    Doug R.Pilot Butte

Waiting for a Tow? Stay Safe Out There

Turn on your hazard lights, stay well off the road and keep everyone out of the vehicle if you are on a highway shoulder. In Saskatchewan, drivers must slow to 60 km/h when they pass a tow truck stopped with its lights flashing, so give our driver the same room.

A Tow Should Be the Boring Part of Your Day

Regina Signature Towing & Recovery is a small crew that answers at 3 a.m. the same way it answers at noon. We tell you the price first, load your vehicle the way the manufacturer wants it moved, and drop it where you say. Send your location or call and a driver is on the way.
