What We Collect

When you send the contact form we receive your name, phone number, email address and anything you write in the message box, including your location. We also keep basic, anonymous statistics about visits to the site.

How We Use It

Only to answer your request: to call you back, quote a tow and send a truck. We never sell your details.

How Long We Keep It

Requests that do not lead to a job are deleted after 12 months. Job records are kept for seven years for tax and insurance purposes.

Your Choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email support@reginatow.com and we will reply within 30 days, as Canadian privacy law expects.
